Suspended Decks product range
Modfix has a unique range of suspended deck bar chairs and spacers. These have been designed to be easily installed and to ensure accurate cover is maintained whilst the slab, column or beam is being poured. The range is manufactured from selected materials to provide the high strengths required in the commercial, civil and heavy precast construction industry. All products are supplied in concrete grey colour where components are exposed. |

A heavy duty plastic chair, available in 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80mm cover for Y16 and Y12 as a clip-on or up to Y28 bar in horizontal applications.

Top Deck Spacer Base
Ideal for: All slab on ground applications that require a plastic chair over 150mm in height. “Chairing up” thick slabs is made easier, as this unique base will fit through all common reinforcing meshes with a 200mm aperture.

Deck Rail
The 750mm long plastic deck rail is a continuous spacer for formwork applications, with sets of vertical legs at approximately 75mm centres and another vertical leg in between the sets. Available in heights from 25mm to 100mm in 5mm increments.
